Lyle R. Moody
President

Lyle is the third generation of the Moody family to head Walker-Moody Construction. As President of the company, Lyle oversees the day to day operations on the jobsites as well as in the office. He is also very involved in Walker-Moody Pavement Products & Equipment, a.k.a. SealMaster Hawaii, and has fostered enormous growth since its inception in 2003. Lyle holds State of Hawaii Contractor's Licenses ABC, C-31 and C-48. He currently serves as the 2011 President for GCA Hawaii.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Lyle was an Eagle Scout with the Boys Scouts of America, and graduated from Kalani High School in 1975. In 1980, he received a Bachelors Degree of Science in Building Construction Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He served a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Seattle, Washington, and remains very active with his church. Proud father of six children, Lyle has just begun to discover the joys of grandfatherhood!
Mark A. Thomson
Chief Financial Officer

Mark first joined Walker-Moody Construction as a field laborer during the summer break of his sophomore year in 1983. Upon completion of his BS degree in Finance at the University of Utah in 1985, he returned to Hawaii to take a position as an accounting clerk with Walker-Moody. Since then, Mark has implemented the modernization of Walker-Moody's accounting and job costing systems. He was named CFO in 1989, and currently oversees accounting, job costing and financial reporting.
Born and raised in Utah, Mark has now spent more than 20 years in the Hawaiian Islands. He and his wife, Susan Moody, are the proud parents of six children. They enjoy an active lifestyle, including running, hiking, surfing, and service in their Church on the North Shore of Oahu.
Dale Rowley
Purchasing Manager / Safety Officer

Dale joined the Walker-Moody Construction Co., Ltd team in 1988, initially serving as an Estimator, Project Manager, and Safety Coordinator. In 1996, his estimating and project management responsibilities were reduced in favor of a shift to company-wide labor control, payroll, and job-cost administration. His duties include supervision and management of all labor control, job-cost budgeting, weekly payroll, and certified payroll administration and control. He also took on the responsibility of Purchasing Agent, overseeing material, equipment, and subcontract procurement. He is the acting EEO Officer and S.B.A. Program Administrator, and has served as the company's Safety Coordinator since 1988.
Dale was born and raised in Provo, Utah. Dale and his wife Sara have 5 children and very much enjoy their lifestyle living on Oahu’s North Shore.
Lyle Asaoka
Project Manager /Estimator

Lyle joined the Walker-Moody Construction team as an estimator in 1994, and estimates and manages a variety of projects for the company.
Lyle was born and raised in Honolulu, and graduated from Punahou High School in 1976. He went on to graduate with a BA in Sociology from UCLA, and then graduated University of Hawaii Manoa in 1993 with a Bachelor's in Architecture. He loves to mountain bike and surf, as well as spending time with his wife and two sons during his free time.
John Moody
Plant Operations Manager / Estimator

John is the fourth generation of the Moody Family to work in the company. He first started in the company counting nails and painting trash cans on jobsites. In high school, he assisted the mechanics in the shop and cleaned/painted the construction equipment. As Plant Operations Manager, John overseas the manufacturing, and helps manage raw materials and products. He was trained in Sandusky Ohio at SealMaster to manufacture sealcoat and all asphalt emulsions.
Born and raised in Honolulu, John graduated with honors from Saint Louis High School in 2002. He was and still is involved with the Boys Scouts of America and has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He served a two year voluntary mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He studied construction and management at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Holds a 30hr OSHA Construction Safety and Health Card, a 24hr Safety Management Training Course issued through the AGC of America, is CQC Certified issued through the US Army Corps of Engineers, and is ATSSA Flagger Certified.
Terry Wilson
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Human Resources

Terry joined Walker-Moody Construction in 1997, and is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources and other administrative duties for both Walker-Moody and SealMaster Hawaii.
Terry was born and raised in Kona, Hawaii, where she worked for the Third Circuit Court Judiciary Branch. She loves to spend free time in Las Vegas, where she is the master of the roulette wheel and the shoe sales.
Tiffany Kahooilihala
Sales Manager / Customer Relations

Tiffany has been working with Walker-Moody Construction and SealMaster since 2003 and handles SealMaster Sales along with assisting with administrative duties.
Born in Kona, Tiffany moved to Oahu in her early teens. She enjoys spending her free time making cards, dancing hula, spending time with friends, and going to the beach.
Rhonda Aquino
Construction Administrator

Rhonda joined Walker-Moody Construction / SealMaster Hawaii in 2008, where she assists Lyle Moody and the rest of our team in numerous capacities.
Rhonda was born here in the lslands and is an alumni of the Leilehua Mules, Class of 1988. In her spare time she looks forward to spending time with her daughter, who is an avid softball player. She also supports high school sports when possible, such as football and softball (of course). She babysits her niece on the weekends and has two dogs which are her babies.
