This project consisted of sitework utilities for water, fire sprinkler, sewer, and electrical. Installation of a precast concrete septic tank and leach field system. Excavation and engineered fill for the building structure. Construction of a 6,986 sf pre-engineered metal building with office and mezzanine storage. Specific components included: 10” reinforced concrete slab, embedded steel track, 4’ high reinforced concrete abuse wall, masonry at spaces under Mezzanine and around Oil Storage room, miscellaneous metals including curved under hung hoist rail, cabinetry, metal doors and windows, cold form metal framing for Oil Storage room, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, epoxy painting, visual display boards, wall louvers, toilet and bath accessories, hoist, cable and hose reels, pre-engineered metals building with 22 gage metal roof, wall, liner material, mechanical plumbing, compressed air piping, fire sprinkler, AC and ventilation, electrical. |
