Hawaii Foodbank Phase II |

A design/build project with a new warehouse, distribution and office. This project's design, permits and construction were required to be completed in two phases, starting with Phase I in 1993 and Phase II on June 1, 2004. The work performed provided approximately 31,200 square feet under one roof including, demolition, earthwork, utilities, sewer system, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel, steel joists, steel floor decks, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrication, carpentry, membrane waterproofing, roofing, rolling service doors, recessed loading dock, pre-engineered metal buildings, hydraulic passenger elevator, fire extinguishing sprinkler systems, plumbing, refrigeration and freezer, air conditioning, and fire alarm system. |
