Branch Additions & Alterations
Approximately 6,000 s.f. of interior renovation and 1,600 s.f. of office
addition for $1.4 million. The bank was operational while the work was
being performed. Site work included exterior lighting, landscaping
& irrigation, AC paving, interior & exterior demolition, concrete, structural
steel, metal decking, cold form framing, stainless steel handrails, finish
carpentry, building insulation, direct applied exterior finish system, built-up bituminous roofing, flashing & sheet metal, wood doors, all glass entrances & storefronts, aluminum windows, finish hardware, glazing, cement plasters, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustic ceiling, wood flooring, resilient base, carpeting, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical.
